When we’re super-sensitive, intuitive, empaths it can feel like we’re always feeling all of the things!



When we’re out interacting with the world, we are exchanging information with everyone that we come into contact with. And, if you’re a sensitive, intuitive and empathic person, then you really feel and are affected by that energy!


We care so deeply about the world and the people around us, that we naturally tune into other people’s emotions, expectations, desires, projections, problems and other people’s information about the world in general.

I’m sure that you’ve experienced talking to someone you care about and feeling sad when they feel sad, or reading an article /watching a video and feeling angry or fearful and wrapped up in the drama of it long after you’re finished!

This is, of course, normal, but a lot of times we feel overwhelmed and dragged down because we are not only trying to process our own emotions around these things but because we are trying to process other people’s energy as well.

We can process our own energy, but other people’s energy just weighs us down!


In this simple, healing meditation, you will release other people’s energy and tune back into your truth and clarity. It will leave you feeling more relaxed as well as clearer, lighter and more centered!

I use this technique every day just for maintenance, but it’s especially helpful when I’m feeling groggy, confused, directionless or when my emotions are running really high!

It’s also a technique that you can use when you are out and about, in a big crowd, or when you know that you are going into an emotionally charged situation and you want to be able to stay grounded and connected to your own clarity!
