The self-limiting beliefs that exist in our subconscious hold us back from living the lives we long for, keep us stuck in frustrating repeating patterns, diminish our sense of self and color our world view. But, most advice about how to heal your self-limiting beliefs is merely a superficial explanation about mindset and changing your thoughts.

The problem is, that the roots of your self-limiting beliefs exist in your subconscious sense of self, your implicit mental models of the world and are affected by your nervous system state. And if we don't understand what our self-limiting beliefs truly are, we can't effectively overcome them.
