meditation to heal a broken heart

I KNOW THOSE MOMENTS WHEN THE SADNESS TAKES YOUR BREATH AWAY...

One moment you're fine, but the next your chest is on fire, there's a lump in your throat and nothing in your life feels right.

Questions and confusion swirl in your head while emotions crash through your body …. It feels like your world is falling in on you, and the fact that the world is proceeding around you, as usual, is baffling.

…Or maybe it’s just the dull residual ache from a pain from long ago that still takes up residence in your heart from time to time, wearing you down and sending your mind into familiar loops of dashed hopes and failed dreams.

Either way, we’ve all experienced a broken heart. And all we really want when we’re in it is for the pain to go away somehow! We can try to numb it, ignore it, control it, avoid it, repress it and fight it … but those strategies only work for a short period of time and in the end we’re left more confused and exhausted.

THE TRUTH IS THAT WHEN WE TRY TO AVOID OR NUMB OUR BROKEN HEART, NOT ONLY DOES THE PAIN AND CONFUSION STICK AROUND LONGER, BUT IT ALSO CAUSES US TO DISCONNECT FROM OURSELVES.

At some point, we’re all eventually forced to recognize that the pain is part of our reality for the moment.

So, how do we move forward without disconnecting and shutting down our beautiful, tender hearts?

How do we truly heal?

How do we take care of ourselves when we’re in the thick of it and can’t see any possible relief?

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT THERE ARE WAYS TO SUPPORT OURSELVES THROUGH THESE PAINFUL TIMES THAT LEAVE US MORE INTEGRATED, WHOLE AND LOVING IN THE END.

This meditation will help guide you to a place of healing, connection and support that will not only soothe your broken heart but also deeply reconnect you with your wisdom, strength and resiliency.

It’s only 18 minutes, but it will make a world of difference right now!
